This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Checking the balance on your loyalty card or app does not constitute use for the purposes of this scheme. Changes to the Scheme Mustard Pubs reserves the right to amend or withdraw any facility or the entire loyalty scheme at any time without prior notice. Use with Other Offers The loyalty card or associated methods cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions unless expressly stated. Discounted and sale items may be excluded from earning loyalty points.

We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason; refused orders will be refunded by the duty manager at the time of refusal. You have the right to cancel an order up until food preparation is started; depending upon business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by speaking with the duty manager. Orders cancelled before food preparation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled after food preparation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.

Earning and Redeeming Rewards To earn loyalty points, you must present your loyalty code at the time of purchase. Points cannot be awarded retroactively for past purchases. You are only entitled to loyalty points earned from your own purchases. Points cannot be gifted to or received from others. There may be limits on the number of points collected per transaction and a maximum cap at any given time.
